Looks awesome! It appears you cooked that venison perfectly. And I like the way you did the turnips. Oven fried?

I need to sear up some venison medallions. Maybe I'll do that for tomorrow's dinner. I do a blueberry sage sauce for my venison and elk. I only got a small Mulie last year so I've been really rationing it.

Yes, it came out perfectly done. 5 minutes on each side then covered in foil snd let it rest.

Oven fried turnips were a great complement!

I just got back from a ten day hunt got a nice buck and doe too! Tried post a pic but can’t get it sized right.
