They have to stop hitting him above the waist when he is "going out of bounds" . Make him risk something if he doesn't just step out. Same with any QB who plays that I give, oh no I don't bullshit. It is the same when they play the option. You can hit them even when they don't have the ball. Forget the RB, take the op to kill the QB. When they figure out there is more at risk maybe it stops.
