Damn guess we’re banking up on injuries now considering our roster wasn’t as banged up last season winning the Super Bowl. Oh well, hope the next man up does a reliable job
I think the Rams had their share of injuries last year; and were hit hard by COVID.
Woods, Akers and Joseph-Day all missed most of 2021. On the O-Line, Whitworth, Allen, Havenstein and Noteboom missed games. The starting safeties went-down right before the Playoffs. At Linebacker, Ernest Jones and Justin Hollins were injured and missed a number of games. Mundt, Higbee, Henderson, Rochell ...
On Friday, prior to the second Seahawks' Game, the Rams had
over-30 players from their 53-man-roster and Practice Squad that were on the COVID-List. That was the highest number that any team in the entire NFL had at one time. The Rams could not safely field a team for that Sunday, and the game was pushed-back to Tuesday ... and the Rams won.
I replied to you yrba1 but please understand that my comments are directed at other posters.
A couple teams every year are decimated by injuries. One or Two. The Ravens last season.
A couple teams really dodge the Injury-Bullet each-year. Everyone else has injuries.
