Seems to be.. I fixed the header problem by simply removing it.

Looks like the paths in the admin area need to be fixed to account for the different domain.
 
I gotta say, as much of a pain in the ass it was, that theme was pretty tight.
Brings back some cool memories, man. Thanks!
