I'll never understand why he didnt develop as a kick or punt returner

I don’t get the Tutu love. He has to be schemed open with picks at the line. McVays offense is timing based and the receiver has to be at his spot to meet the ball. Atwell gets pushed off his route far too easily and it disrupts the timing. It would be hard for a QB to trust his ability to correctly run the routes.I don't get the Robinson love.
Well, I do. He came in and was productive.
Tutu is still a more dangerous receiver in my mind. When you add in his PI yards, much, much more productive.
Id still prefer Tutu over Robinson by a fair margin.
In reality, there is room for both if McVay doesn't do his weirdo fan boy thing with certain players.
in 2022 Tutus catch percentage was 51%Tutu proved himself while Kupp was out. And he deserved more targets that he got when Kupp came back.
I mean, I liked it when Robinson got those key 3rd down ect this past season.
But there is something to be said for this little super fast guy that has WAY better hands than you would think, running past fools and catching a deep ball for a long, easy TD.
Were is to Tutu getting more targets in 2024 and giving the Rams a very good reason to give him another contract.
We can use a guy like him.
Reports from the Ravens were that OBJ was playing well. He just didn’t get used as much as he should have. But if the McVay wanted Mike Evans or Courtland Sutton then OBJ isn’t exactly their first choice when it comes to style.I think Robinson can be a solid #2 behind Kupp or Puka in case of injury. Tutu, Benny Skow, and Johnson all provide good depth. And we hope the new kid from Texas picks up the offense quickly, just in case. I also wonder if they are thinking about OBJ and also..., if he would have sighed for 4 million guaranteed, like Robinson. I wonder if they think OBJ has anything left.
The Rams trying to get Sutton and Evans fits perfectly into what you are talking about. The power run game that it seems the Rams want to run should certainly lend itself to play action and play action to down field shots.
So you'll use the "ignorance is bliss" angle? Ok thenI do not use google. Its the search engine for those who like censored results and to be tracked and followed online.
There are FAR better search engines. (DuckDuck Go, Luxxle )
I love my Rams with all my heart. But there are only so many hours in the day and actually much more important real life things to be spending huge amounts of time on.
The LA RAMS are a break from those types of things to me. Just enjoying a football team while leaving the rest of the worlds problems behind.
Tutu was a second round pick, not cheap. Might as well try and get more out of him I say.
Just a FYI the guy who runs Duck Duck Go got busted doing the same shit they claim not to do by tracking inquires etc.I do not use google. Its the search engine for those who like censored results and to be tracked and followed online.

I'm with you. I dont understand it either. I actually supported the pick, and defended Tutu for his first season or 2.I don’t get the Tutu love. He has to be schemed open with picks at the line. I was not in favor of the pick to begin with. I don’t like tiny NFL players. The hit rate of success with guys his size has to be very very low. Aside from that Stafford has seemed to favor taller receivers for most of his career. That pick was a complete head scratcher, maybe even a forced pick by McVay because he had something in mind for his offense. This is why I never want a head coach that gets to play GM. They don’t spend most of the year evaluating talent. Let the GM do his job. Coaches should stick to coaching.I'm with you. I dont understand it either. Cant run a go route if he cant get off the line.
His catch % is low, and it is not because they throw deep to him a lot, in fact its the opposite.
What is remarkable is that Stafford is able to see him on the few occasions where he gets free
To be fair, we like what McVay likes in a WR like Woods, Puka & Kupp!I was not in favor of the pick to begin with. I don’t like tiny NFL players. Yeah, but at least they do not have 666 in their logo.Just a FYI the guy who runs Duck Duck Go got busted doing the same shit they claim not to do by tracking inquires etc.
Kind of condescending don't you think ? I do.So you'll use the "ignorance is bliss" angle? Ok then
Yes, you are. Quite so in fact.Kind of condescending don't you think ? I do.
Yeah, but at least they do not have 666 in their logo.
google creeps me out, I try not to use it.
Getting into Luxxle.
I do not even carry a smartphone, all of them track your every physical move. Even when turned off and you can not take the batteries out of most of them. They listen to your every word. I can talk about brakes pads for a car with a friend with a smartphone. Then he immediately gets adds for brake pads on his phone. Nope, not for me.
I carry a 4G flip phone with removable battery that has a hot spot for a laptop.
They are personal tracking-listening devices. I do not know why its not illegal.
This is America after all.
Stafford has always had trouble locking on to certain receivers going all the way back to Detroit. He was running uncovered multiple times vs Pittsburgh and Stafford threw to covered guys.
The offense last year was a strange one.
Sort of a transitional year.
The passing game was great at times and struggled at times, same with the run game.
Rams couldn't win without Stafford or Williams in the line up.
With a solidified OL and (hopefully) better depth and more of an identity on O, it will be interesting to see how the offense unfolds.
I think all these guys can get involved and fill roles and make plays.
Looking forward to a diverse offense hopefully.

Tutu's utility is a multidimensional issue that involves Stafford looking his way, snaps at F being available, how much you can really use him at X, how much can you put him in motion in the given offensive game plan, his minus blocking ability (though he's improved), and Robinson's emergence.
Last year I think he was able to show though that he can be a plus for the team finally even if it's just as a gadget player.

Let me guess, you are one of those people who have a Alexa in your home ?
Let’s keep this forum focused on Rams football. I’ll be nice and decline your invitation to discuss further.Let me guess, you are one of those people who have a Alexa in your home ?
You had better be glad they frown on political-controversial stuff here because I would wipe the floor with you.
I will say this and if you want to talk further we can PM.
Lately the "conspiracy theorists" have a 100% success rate.
Would like to see how Andy Reid would use him.Stafford has always had trouble locking on to certain receivers going all the way back to Detroit.
