Ultimately DK's fate is in the hands of the Commissioner. But I don't see anything less than a 6 game suspension.
Maybe it's just because I live in the south where what he did wasn't even illegal (outside of the marijuana) but I find the reaction here a bit odd tbh. We don't even have such a thing as a gun registration and the only carrying that is illegal is concealed carrying which you can easily get a permit for and even that is legalized in some areas with or without a permit. And a concealed carry violation is still only a misdemeanor with slap on the wrist consequences.Alvin Kamara and his homies beat the shit out of someone and he got a 3 game suspension
What Kendrick did was stupid but it wasn’t THAT serious in my opinion
We are talking California here. Their laws are much different than most states when it comes to guns.Maybe it's just because I live in the south where what he did wasn't even illegal (outside of the marijuana) but I find the reaction here a bit odd tbh. Marijuana charges are very minor as well unless you're a dumbass that carries Greg Robinson trafficking amounts.
In the scheme of things, I think this all gets swept under the rug. I'm speculating but I wouldn't be shocked to see him on the field Sunday.
Tell that to Trevor BauerI wouldn't call for his head at this point. Like I always say let the courts do their thing. Social media judgment doesn't mean shit and the team should not be concerned about that stuff. Once the dust settles with the courts there is time to do what you need to do even if that means cut him.
Until you watch his replacementGotta cut him. Liability on and off the field.
Not getting into any kind of gun debate, I promise.Maybe it's just because I live in the south where what he did wasn't even illegal (outside of the marijuana) but I find the reaction here a bit odd tbh. Always fun to see people just validating what they previously thought of a player when something like this happens.
Kendrick has been good this year and has a bright future for us. Driving with a gun is one of the least stupid dumb things a player can do. We all watched and a lot of us cheered Leonard Little for years. Let's have some perspective here folks.
Are you kidding? I never cheered for Leonard Little, and I wanted him gone for years, especially after the second DUI.
This was Kendrick's second chance. I will never begrudge a player for making the most of a second chance; it's why I was okay with Tru, okay with Janoris, hell, why I was okay with Quinn after his DUI. This is America, place of second chances in life, after all.
But Kendrick did the exact same thing he got in trouble for in college. He hasn't learned his lesson. Akers got dealt for much less, and things like that could poison a locker room. Cut Kendrick's ass, teach him a lesson.
