Gotta disagree. Puka is young and ascending. He's the face (offensively) of our team. Why else would they do training camp in Hawaii?I think adams is going to be the top target this year

Because the waves are rad dude. Why else would they do training camp in Hawaii?
He drafted Kupp and Puka, how much younger do you want? LolThis my only knock on Mcvay he waits to get the real talented recivers when they older instead of in they prime instead of just grinders and hard workers
I’m talking earlier athletic game changers I don’t consider neither game changers I’m talking , lamb, chase, Jetta types not hard worker late round wrHe drafted Kupp and Puka, how much younger do you want? Lol
I still think Davante top target and still a better reciverGotta disagree. Puka is young and ascending. He's the face (offensively) of our team. Why else would they do training camp in Hawaii?

It’s early in Pukas career but he’d been a stud as a #1 target. While you can’t dismiss the fact he missed 6 games with injury last year - if you extrapolate his stats last year over 17 games it comes out to 122 rec/1530 yds/5 TDs. That’s All Pro level play.I still think Davante top target and still a better reciver
That's my ONLY concern is durability. However, he looks bulked up this year so that'll definitely help. Puka is a bonafide #1 though and a Top 5 WR.It’s early in Pukas career but he’d been a stud as a #1 target. Yeah.. that's not a "McVay doesn't want them" thing... it's a "those guys get drafted very high" thing and the Rams haven't had many very high picks.I’m talking earlier athletic game changers I don’t consider neither game changers I’m talking , lamb, chase, Jetta types not hard worker late round wr
I disagree puka is not a game changer he’s a good reciver but no game changer and even when he has opportunitie to pick players like that he doesn’t he goes for kupp,, puka, van jefferson type recivers nothing special athletically and hard workersYeah.. that's not a "McVay doesn't want them" thing... it's a "those guys get drafted very high" thing and the Rams haven't had many very high picks.
Also... Puka is a game changer.

You expressed 2 points:I disagree puka is not a game changer he’s a good reciver but no game changer and even when he has opportunitie to pick players like that he doesn’t he goes for kupp,, puka, van jefferson type recivers nothing special athletically and hard workers
I disagree puka is not a game changer he’s a good receiver but no game changer
Agreed.This is an odd take.
It's difficult to entirely dispute, since the term "Game Changer" may mean something different to people.
In Sports, a Game Changer can be defined as ...
an athlete or play, that suddenly changes the outcome of a game or contest.
That is absolutely Nacua based on his production the past two seasons. There have been so many games where he has made a ridiculous catch or run at a critical moment to impact a game.
You added the word "athletic" in one post. If you mean Speed ... OK. Nacua is no burner. However, his size, physicality, catch-radius, hands and run-after-the-catch ability are Elite ATHLETIC skills.
The idea that Puka Nacua is not a Game Changer is just ... ODD.
We have one new poster who insists Tutu Atwell would be a top-15 (later, a top-30) pick in a 2021 re-draft; and another new poster who thinks Puka Nacua is not a game-changer.
I like it when new posters join ROD and contribute but I have to agree with Elaine from Seinfeld ... this is ... View attachment 70910
When AD wants to be Puka for Halloween, that fact alone makes what you believe extremely unbelievable.I disagree puka is not a game changer he’s a good reciver but no game changer and even when he has opportunitie to pick players like that he doesn’t he goes for kupp,, puka, van jefferson type recivers nothing special athletically and hard workers
Naw...it's the honey roasted Macadamia NutS!Because the waves are rad dude.
I have to vehemently disagree. It's not just his rookie year where he was incredible. He was on pace for 122 receptions and 1,530 yards in a full season last year, which would've been top three in the league in both categories. As it was, seventy-nine receptions and 990 yards in eleven games - possibly ten, considering he was ejected early in the first Seahawks game for a bullshit call - is extremely impressive.I disagree puka is not a game changer he’s a good reciver but no game changer and even when he has opportunitie to pick players like that he doesn’t he goes for kupp,, puka, van jefferson type recivers nothing special athletically and hard workers
Your opinions make me think either you have no clue or you are just fucking with the board.I disagree puka is not a game changer he’s a good reciver but no game changer and even when he has opportunitie to pick players like that he doesn’t he goes for kupp,, puka, van jefferson type recivers nothing special athletically and hard workers
