Thanks for sharing that. I now have even more of a reason to smile when I look at the pic. It really warms the heart knowing all the misery Youngblood provided to that whiner. I plan on making this info/pic into a bedtime story to tell to my grandchildren (I don't have any yet) so that they can sleep like a baby. I mean hell... any child of mine will find complete comfort in knowing the sheer terror and pain Jack brought to the whiners.
Best bedtime story ever.

Steven Jackson: Breaking Down the St. Louis Rams' Ultimate Weapon | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Rumors | Bleacher Report' Ultimate Weapon | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Rumors | Bleacher Report

Man, I loved SJ39. Just a shame all that heart was wasted on such crappy teams.

One of my fondest memories of him was when the Rams went on the road and upset the saints. He pretty much ran all over them and willed the Rams to victory. I knew we would win that day because after the coin toss he put his mouthpiece in before heading back to the sideline.
I thought, “who brings their mouthpiece to the coin toss? We’re gonna win!”

I frantically tried to get a bet down before kickoff but failed.

I have a actual 92 LA Rams practice football that was signed by Jerry Gray. My brother worked with a nephew of the Rams equipment guy, Hewitt. Got it for me as a surprise gift. The ball was signed with a ball point pen and you some are not so easy to see after all these years.
But......... Gray is on it, Robert Delpino is there AND HOFer Jackie Slayter

…and he’s standing next to that traitor, the man whose name I do not speak. The guy who jumped ship and played for the enemy. He made two tackles in that goal line stand that would cement the 9ers first SB.

More Ex-Rams would follow.
I blame Georgia for letting that player go. It was ALL her fault. Have I ever told you just how much I hate that fricken b....

That player probably had no choice but to sign with the enemy after the b.... let him go without a contract.

He probably did that just to f... that b.....

From 1965-1990, those three players were the Rams' starting centers.

Three guys for 26 consecutive years at that one position. How Bout That!?!
