In this link Goff is rated #16, Jimmy G is #14 while Murray is #17. It's one of those click to see a new page and name. It's a little better list.
Goff and the Rams had a down year compared to the previous two years which hurts his current ranking. I don't place any value in these rankings concerning Goff's ability to lead the Rams back to the Super Bowl. I have full confidence that Jared Goff can lead the Rams back to the Super Bowl and win the game. Jared has He makes amazing throws but, he has to work on his consistency and limit his lowlight mistakes.
We all know Chris Sim doesn't like Goff and it doesn't matter.

Committed to Tennessee after they won the National Championship, but bailed on them because he didnt want to compete for the position when the Vols also signed AJ Suggs. Had the QB gig gift wrapped for him at Texas, but he couldnt beat out Major Applewhite.

This list seems to be some kind of achievement award or projection based on who knows what. Cam #10 had 0 tds and 587 yds passing in 2 games.
Big Ben #14, 0 yds 0 tds.
Baker Mayfield # 21, 22tds 21 int % 58 completion.
SAM Darnold #23, 19 tds 17 int 3200 yds.
Did Goff sleep with his sister or something? Goff only had 22 tds and 16 ints but he did have 4600 yds and 62%, which is pretty comparable to Daniel Jones and Darnold who are 22 and 23. Ben and Cam basically had zero stats so these rankings must be taking history into account but Darnold and Jones haven’t accomplished anything so why not give Goff the respect of putting him ahead of Jones , Darnold and even Murray for that matter. We’re clearly not just going off stats and it appears Simms doesn’t care about division titles nfc titles and SB appearances.

I don’t get it.
There’s a lot Simms doesn’t like according to his analysis. He doesn’t have a tight spiral, his pocket awareness isn’t great and he isn’t good off platform. Most of us agree about his pocket awareness but the fact that he’s accurate on the run is what turned around the offense last year, but Simms probably means no look left handed passes when he says off platform. Goff’s not Lamar Jackson but he’s also not Tom Brady when it comes to running.
I seriously think if Goff somehow managed to complete that TD pass in the SB and the Rams pull out a 13-10 win that many of these media idiots would have Goff in their top 10. That Super Bowl made it cool to hate on Goff

That’s true but I think the bigger part is that many of the Analysts and Experts pegged Goff a bust after his seven game rookie season in 2016.
They looked bad in 2017, and were rightfully getting called out. They continued to look foolish when the Rams opened 2018 at 10-1.
People hate to admit when they are wrong. When the offense struggled towards the end of 2018 and was inconsistent in 2019, it opened the door for the same group to make their case that they were correct in their original opinions on Goff.
And it’s unfair to Goff. He does not get his fair share of credit when he plays well but is excessively criticized when he doesn’t play well.
Side-bar - Life is unfair.
Here’s just one little example. The same group that hates Goff, mostly loves Drew Brees. In my opinion, Goff out-played Brees in the NFC Championship under circumstances that greatly favored the beloved veteran.

Yeah Chris Simms was a complete failure. His dad was pedestrian as well. He played on teams with All-World defenses. Ranking Wentz and Dak that high and Goff that low is complete BS. If he says its based on last year only then why are Cam and Big Ben ranked so high? Joke
