I'm not saying this is the case in this particular instance but the texting and driving and being on the internet while driving is outrageous and out of hand.
When I see drivers turkey jerk in a row wobbling around in the rain driving unusual speeds taking a long time to go in stop and go traffic, I look over at them when I pass them.
95% of the time they're looking down at some device.

It's not just rude to all the other drivers - IT'S DANGEROUS.
