Every message in this thread will be completely irrelevant, except the last one with a weather report before the game starts. 
I do wonder about possible lightning delays. It could provide a break like at half time, and give the teams chances to make adjustments. Hopefully our coaches are better at adjustments than the Panthers! I guess it depends upon how the game is going at the time.

It's supposed to taper off to light rain by game time.. but it will have been storming all day. So regardless the field is going to be effected.. I think the tarps only do so much..
I don’t mind a slight rain fall. I just don’t want it to pour and I don’t want the game interrupted by lightning. That’s all I ask. Delayed kickoff from lightning? Fine. I just don’t wanna be midway thru the 3Q and have to stop the game for 90 min.

Actually I won’t so much as mind the wind because we have a QB that can cut the ball thru the wind and they don’t. For kicking purposes however, wind would be bad.
It is breezy but no rain this morning . We got only .1 inch of rain yesterday so field isn’t an issue yet. Forecast does say 1 inch of rain today.
I see a report that says 10mph with gust up to 22 around game time.
