I actually thought this game was a favorable matchup for Rams corners. Not a lot of speed or separation on that team.. and I don’t know how comfortable AR is throwing into tight spots yet.

I don’t know how you move Dotson out after that performance. Coming into the game all the national talk I heard was about how good the Indy d tackles are. Well.. Rams kicked their ass.

Nice to get a win. But we should have had a winning record by the time we played the Eagles.
Still, stop all these important runs out of the shotgun. Had a 3rd and 2 near the end and ran out of the gun and we punted.
I was just waiting for Gay to have a shot to beat his old team. Glad it never happened.
It was nice to see them all hug Gay after the game.
It seems Super Bowl win has a bond to it.

Another random thought, I thought Hoecht has been slowly getting better each week. Still not great but not as bad how about that lol. He did give up the touchdown but he has no business being asked to cover that deep anyway. But feel like he's been setting the edge to not be a complete liability and has had a few nice plays. Would like to see him start getting sacks again though.

Just don't let him drop back more than 5 yards - these 20 yard deep drops are just ridiculous with Hoecht

Next time - let's have Donald drop off and try to cover someone deep over 20 yards - I mean he is faster than Hoecht after all

We'll replace him this next offseason. But I love the player because he leaves it all on the field. It's easy to root for those types. Which, btw, is most of our DL room.

I am so not being serious about dropping Donald in coverage - that was complete utter sarcasm
I know. What I am saying is that I agree with you. Having Hoecht is pass coverage looks silly. Donald probably would be better -lol.

Hoecht is a try hard guy that wins on effort not talent alone.

ESPN nor NFL network has shown a highlight or commented on the Rams game. As if the game was never played. WTF
Gutsy playing by Stafford and a record day by a rookie receiver and total silence by the entire sports world.
I don't get it.

I saw some. It was all how Indy came back to tie the game with their rookie QB. They didn't even show the rookie, walk off TD.
It isn't worth bothering with those shows to me, we aren't a national team nor a media darling and I like it that way.
To summarize screw all those talking head haters.

Did some kind fan return the ball? For a price? I can see him telling his grand kids "this is the ball I caught for my second NFL TD". The first one I threw into the stands.:zany1:
That might be who he was signing autographs for (reference to the post game speech) :D
