I'm really worried about the Cardinals. More than any other team in the NFC
Meh they needed to fill a hole, not like they got Higbey or someone his level. 
Does Ertz, at this point in his career, as a replacement for Williams (who is out for the year) really move the needle all that much? I don’t think so.

Errs is better than Williams but he’s not as good as Eryz five years ago
If he can stay healthy that's a big get for Cards. Just when they take a hit to their talent they replace it with a disgruntled veteran from another team. Very Snead like.
Cards started hot last year as well. Let's see how they end up.

I think this is an excellent trade for Arizona.
Granted, Ertz (31) has declined the past two seasons, and dealt with injuries. However, Philadelphia's offense and QB-play have also declined over that period. With defenses focused on Hopkins, Green and Murray's scrambling, Ertz will not garner much attention; and figures to be a top weapon for the Cardinals.
Even in his least productive seasons, Ertz's numbers were significantly better than Maxx Williams.
Williams was playing well before his injury but I think AZ has up-graded at TE.
