We should have tried to get Sony back after there wasn't much interest elsewhere. He wasn't flashy but he is durable, and he blocks well. He's a good back to have on your roster.

I’m in the minority, here, I know, but I have never been impressed by Akers. In 2020, I chose not to watch any regular season games for my own reasons, so I missed the couple of magical games that he had that impressed you all so much. Last year, McVay hyped him up for the season, but then he was injured in preseason and came back for the playoffs in a diminished form.

Jourdan Rodrigue reported how ready Cam was for this season and was chomping at the bit like a race horse in the derby. But then McVay doesn’t start him because of how he practiced? When he gets in for the couple times that he did vs Buffalo, he was easily taken down, and then the No block where Stafford got creamed, made me want to cut him loose right there.

I know Malcom Brown is a more North and South runner, but he is also a good and willing blocker, and so I’d be willing to trade the two, if it was up to me. I could be wrong and maybe Cam is going to be an impressive RB vs Atlanta, but right now he has to prove it to me for me to believe in him.
I was impressed a few times but can't disagree, and agree completely. Seems like every little hit or weak tackle attempt gets him down.
