I may try and convince my wife to make the bread so we can make homemade cubanos.

But with it being the week of Thanksgiving we may take it easy Sunday.

Probably get Chinese take out from my favorite take out joint. Garlic chicken and Beijing beef with chicken chow mein. I don't usually do the rice. I prefer a bigger portion of chow mein so I can have leftovers the next day.
