I actually think if they make a move like this, they are in for the long haul. You dont plan for the future if your not part of the future. Nothing to gain by trading assets if your bailing. Also, ownership would not allow moves like that if they thought the guy making the deals had 1 foot out the door.

I don't think McVay ever leaves, unless networks offer him so much gobs of $$$ that he can't refuse.
