Yeah, I'm not sure a rapper can be fired from their job, right? :p

As for O'Brien? I think he'll be fired when the Texans fail to make the playoffs and be forced to trade Watson and Watt for picks.
That’s do sad, I was rooting for them. Meh, it amazes me so many dumb mini factory of sadnesses in the making. Old school mentality trying to play a new age of football.

Watkins and Fuller and go get your o-line and TE/RB in the draft to supplement for cheap. Smh. Idk. Not saying I know everything but from the outside looking in your like “ wtf?!”.

Yeah. Fingers crossed for a Brandin Cooks/J.J. Watt mega-trade.

Bill O'Brien has flat-out gutted his team in the process. The trade of Hopkins will be like the Warner trade for us; it's demoralizing to the team, will lead to others like Watson asking for a trade, and will eventually decay the team.

He may be a good coach, I won't deny it, but he's an incredibly shitty GM, and that's what's going to get him fired. He simply won't give up power.

I question the move myself but you don’t know what’s in Bob McNair’s head - dude has gotta be on the same page with O’Brien. He’s not going anywhere

Again, he's a coach, not a GM. He has both positions, and his refusal to give up power will prove to be his undoing. If McNair sees players like Watson leave or get traded for nothing, he's not going to tolerate it; that's his money going down the tube.

Again I question the wisdom trading hopkins as you surely do.

But...

Bill O’Brien is going nowhere - he is the GM and Bob and Cal McNair want it that way. This is part of their plan and it’s all in the family. He’s a excellent coach and has now been appointed as GM by the OWNER. All these moves are part of the organizations plan whether we approve or not.

Hopkins is not part of their long-term plans, and this draft is extremely deep as you know at WR.

Again the move baffles me but he ain’t going anywhere.

Watson isn’t all that either BTW

Not pleased that it's a in division rival that is benefiting from the utterly lopsided trade. To top it off, the Texans take back a horrible RB contract, thus limiting our options further for getting rid of our horrible RB contract. Its a lose-lose for the Rams and a HUGE win-win for our division rivals. Not good folks.

Watson's the best QB the Texans have ever had, and is their main selling point, now that Hopkins is gone. If he's traded by O'Brien, it could be a tipping point.

And the McNairs have to realize that if O'Brien costs them money - by trading beloved players by the fans - he'll be a liability. Hell, he already is a liability as a GM. They appointed him, true, but they will fire him if he fucks things up too much, which he will.

This post shows how little you know about the Houston Texans let alone football - may I remind you.....

These numbers are misleading, your not going to have more INT’s versus TD’s against anybody.

Also, 30 receptions out of 64 attempts? Less than 50%? I’ll take that.

How many pass breakups? Ofc they won’t use this stat.
Sure, but "owns" is a stretch. It's pretty even. I looked up Ramsey's PDs in games against HOU, couldn't find head to head numbers, and he has 11. Keep in mind that in half of these games its scrubs like Savage, Osweiler, and Yates at QB.
