No upcoming Phoenix date so we're going to Englewood, CO at the Gothic Theatre June 13. Dude is absofuckinlutey exceptional on the guitar. Check out his tour and see if it's near you. I highly recommend!

I love Buckethead. A lot of people don't know he replaced Slash in guns n' roses for a few years. Buckethead is more interested in doing his own thing though.
One of my favorites is the 3-minute outro to, "Animal Behavior" that he recorded with Bootsy Collins and Bernie Worrell with Praxis.
The video for Animal Behavior is really awesome as well.

He is in that group of uber-talented ultra-shredders that blow me away with their speed/skill. PG who was his guitar teacher is more my style due to ability to weave speed and melody. I just missed BH on his last tour

And I think he was touring with praxis. Which is a definite bonus.
Some of his shows are just him with a backing track.
Although I saw Chris Cornell do that amazingly. He actually brought in a cellist for some of his songs.

Another really inventive prog guitarist,
Toured recently with Petrucci and DT also Tosin Abasi

There are so many Really great sand amazingly accomplished players.
Truth is I like them all but only need about 30 min or each before I am fulfilled.

DT and Petrucci could hold my attention longer with a well curated set
