I say this while noting that the Niners are a good team (ugh).

This is gonna be a wasted season.

The defense didn't fall apart, but the offense decided to make up for that and then some.

The line is shit and there is no quick fix to that.

If Goff fumbles one more time I'm gonna drive off a cliff.

With all this talent at the skill positions, McVay can't scheme up 200 fuckin' yards?

3-3 with 3 loses in a row and 0-2 in the division.

It's gonna be a long and winding road to mediocrity and fighting for a WC that we probably won't get.

well we looked about just as bad against the bears last year.. and righted the ship.

Right now it's a combination of a lot of things. The offensive line is horrid. We got some very questionable contracts at the moment.

Goff has to grow up fast... can't keep missing wide open big plays.

That was a bad bad game, but there is a lot of season left.

Our OL is absolute shit.

Father time has caught up with Whitworth. Noteboom hasn't played as good as we thought he would, and now he might be out for a while. Demby is not good enough as quality depth. Allen makes too many mistakes. Blythe is not the same guy he was for the first 11 games last year. And Havenstein has regressed.

This is not to say others on the O haven't contributed, but none of the problems with our skill position players on O would look nearly as bad if this OL was getting its job done. It's not, instead it's failing miserably, and they are pulling the whole team down.

Gonna have to scratch and claw for a playoff spot - and as it stands, they don’t look ready. Will be interesting to see if they can respond or if we see more of the same going forward.

Can't even get into ranting about this loss tbh. It is what it is. Not mad just kind of sad.

We are a .500 team trying to find our way. With a struggling OL and a defense that is middle of the pack and filled with high paid vets.

Biggest complaint today for me wrt McVay is him not going back to Henderson on the pitch plays after the fumble. 9ers didn't stop that action. Rams quit trying it. As to the players, we got some guys on offense who have no business being out there.

IMO they need to do a few things...

1. Cut Demby. I mean seriously we are past the point of where Kromer's insistence on playing Jamil is hurting this team.

2. Insert Edwards at LG. Whether or not Boom is back he should be our swing depth player.

3. Hire Jay to help with our offense. I don't think our problems are schematic but Jay is experienced and knowledgeable and another good mind in there to help mask our personnel problems is a good thing.

4. More Henderson. Feed that kid ffs.
