We have been swept by the whiners 2 years in a row now. This season we played the 49ers backups and still lost. It's unfortunate but Shanny has out number. Jared Goff has been AWFUL 9/10 games since the bye 2018. I keep trying to give him a chance and he keeps playing poorly. 10 turnovers in 4 games! Thats incredibly bad. He cost us this game today. He nearly cost us the TB game and he cost us the Miami game. That is horrendous. If he could just stop the fucking turnovers for christ sake we could be sitting pretty! FFFFUUUCCCKKK YOU WERE OUT PLAYED BY NICK MULLENS WHO WAS PLAYING A TOP 2 D IN THE LEAGUE JARRED. YOU HAVE THROWN PICKS TO START THE SECOND HALF TWICE IN TWO WEEKS. REMEMBER THAT VIKING GAME 2 YEARS AGO...YEAH, FUCKING WAKE UP!!!!!

It looked like he should have been going deep. Again the miss to Hendo and the deep miss there to Woods. He absolutely underthrew him.

He has been very bad with deep balls this year when he used to be great at hitting his recievers

Offense sucked but Goff really sucked. It's hard to accept but in my opinion we've hit the ceiling with our starting QB. I don't see him getting better. If he can stop turning it over, maybe he can be a good game day manager. I don't think he will ever be elite.

It's not a question of coverage. It's a question of size. Darious is 5'9" 185. Ramsey is 6'1" 210. Deebo can't outmuscle Ramsey for position like that, and Ramsey has the length to disrupt at the catch point.

This drove me crazy.
Why Ramsey wasn't locked on Deborah Samuel (auto correct but I like it) once it was obvious he was their offense was so frustrating. Having our smallest DB on him was just not working.

I used to think Goff (though clearly not elite) was serviceable and could win a Super Bowl. Even Dilfer won.

Not anymore. This "funk" is now the norm. The good games, where he looks serviceable are now the anomalies.

I'd seriously take any other NFL QB (maybe even the poor guy the Broncos put out there). OK, that's a stretch. But ANY OTHER LEGIT QB can learn this offense and make it better than it is with Goff in there.

McVays timeouts at the end of the game were incredibly stupid. They basically allowed the Niners to get a free 10 yards.

Williams had text book coverage on Samuel, sometimes the offense just makes plays.

The timeouts made sense. He wanted to get the ball back. All the defense needed to do was stop SF. Sometimes, the offense doesn't make plays when you put your All Pro CB on their #1 WR. Mullens avoided Ramsey like the plague. If Ramsey is in coverage there, Deebo possibly doesn't get inside position, and Mullens possibly doesn't even look his way. It was a bad call.

No. Without the TOs, they simply run the clock down and kick it. We forced them to get another first down and they nearly didn't do it.

One thing we REALLY, REALLY, REALLY struggle with is a run game with a FB and Kyle Shanahan uses his very well.

For what he gets paid, the fact that he played against a bunch of backups and the fact that we are 3/4 through the year and the offense is still playing this poorly and we lose again to the Niners , I’ll admit that for the first time I’m getting worried that our QB may not have a higher ceiling.

I thought he was short on 4th down... every angle i saw it never looked like he actually got forward momentum.

The Defense got us back in the game.. but then folded at the end. Not having ramsey on samuel was bad... it is funny how all year the 49ners manage to get key guys healthy against us.

This is the NFL for everyone besides the chiefs.... two weeks ago the bucs were everyones darling... then thios week we were the darling. Then you get beat.

We are better this year because oru defense is much improved... but on offense we are a lot like last year. inconsistent from one week to the next

It's not just one thing -but the biggest factor is the incosistent play of our QB. It has to improve or we just won't ever get back to the promise land with this roster.
