I saw this being implemented here on ROD for years. It seems like there is a trend nowadays, and bar/restaurants are beginning to do these countdowns as well.

Man those were some crazy Fisher times!
Lord o Lord mentioning Fisher makes me think KD was involved in his hiring here,KDS dad was Marvin Demoff KDS dad.I love KD he;s just a guy doing his Job, sad to say I said Fish would never be better than a 500 coach, boy did I get attacked lol.
 
What about Eddie and Nolan ? -- the Fatboy

I would guess a majority of posters here know you are referencing Nolan Cromwell (#21) above but I wonder if many heard of Eddie Meador (also wore #21).

I will also throw out the original John Johnson (#20) ... Johnnie Johnson.

Those three players, along with Dave Elmendorf may have been the four best safeties in Rams’ history.

Dick Bass would be my #22.
 
Today I'll start with a LT. ( yes a left Tackle with the #20) LT - Dick Huffman: (1947-50)

Dick played in 47 games for the Rams, and went to the Pro Bowl in 1950. And he was named an All Pro 3 straight years in 1947, '48, and '49.

He had 6 FR's for 15 Yds. and 1 TD. and 2 pass receptions for 36 Yds.

NEXT UP, WR/DB Woodley Lewis: (1950-55) He also wore #30.

He was used mainly as a return man. And he made the Pro Bowl in 1950.
He had 107 PR's for 817 Yds. and 3 TD's an aver. of 7.6 w/a long of 82 Yds.
He also had 108 KR's for 2575 Yds. and 1 TD an aver. of 23.8 w/a long of 88 Yds.

He also had 21 receptions for 218 Yds. an aver. of 10.4 and he rushed 47 times for 188 Yds. a 4.0 aver.


NEXT UP, RB Tommy Mason: (1967-70)

He had 2 Int's for 76 Yds. a/ a Long of 40 Yds. and a 0.5 sack record.
he came here as a 5th round draft pick, that we received in a Trade for Todd Kinchen. I think it was a Bad Trade,JMHO
