Even if there is, I don't think Kingsbury is automatically going to inherit the job. He may be given a chance to interview.
It all depends on who is doing the talking. I think someone is speculating and then that gets passed around.

Yeah, I would think they would search high and low for the best replacement possible. Now, if Kingsbury settles in here for a few years and grows into a leadership role, improves upon shortcomings he had in Arizona, then he would be considered for sure if McVay were to leave.
I would hope McVay is staying here at least until McVay Jr hits HS to play HS sports. Hopefully, the kid is a nerd and never plays any sport and instead is a Lord of the Rings fanatic.

He just signed his extention a few months ago. So either Stafford has a few more years planned or this is nonsense.

What’s even more impressive (from the first guy in white uniform) is the height he got on that kick right away. It wasn’t a line drive like the other kicker. Immediate height AND distance - that’s something valuable in an NFL kicker (straight too)
You know that team will lead the country in trash talking & personal fouls and will probably get burned a lot deep because they'll be trying to jump every route

Me too.I'm with you bro. After watching his college tape I was ready to see some long runs from a speedster.
However.I can understand that it was imperative to not put somebody on the field if "you feel" they're not ready and you have two talented veterans. A missed block on a blitz could have taken Stafford out for the season (potentially). I think it was a good move to let the guy watch from the sidelines and feel comfortable once he does go in. And they never knew prior to the beginning of the season when they drafted him if Williams or Corum might have an injury. I think we're going to see him play this year so I'm excited about that.
If either KW or Corum were injured and had to be out any substantial time, I think the process for getting Hunter on the field would have been accelerated.
I have learned to be unconcerned over the lack of PT in the rookie year when it comes to our RBs. Neither KW or Corum saw much action in their first year either. I was though, anxious to see this guy get on the field last year. It should happen this season or I don’t understand the pick.
If Hunter looks like a star, wouldn’t somebody be tradeable?
