If Freeling's on the board at 13 he has a good shot to be our pick I think.
I have a good feeling about Freeling.

I think Styles has a lot of style.

No chance that Lemon will be a lemon.

We're in a no lose position at 13.
But I still think we're going to trade down for a couple of excellent pics.

I'm quite paranoid with expected options at 13. Think we're gonna be looking at medical or short arm flag types or taking the player we like who might have a lower grade. Hope not though. Would be nice if one of the need/fit types who have a clean bill of health end up in our lap.

I literally said no such thing. Are you high?
lol not in a very long time

Somebody doesn't have the physical ability to play OT because of his arm length means he's not good enough to play it. Not sure how this is hard to figure out.

Completely agree. Just what the fuck is his claim to fame, being general manager once of the Jets?
I agree with Chapo that he is mostly an idiot but we do have to acknowledge that Tannenbaum's Jets teams were pretty good. And compared to the jet teams of the last 10 years, REALLY good. Went to back to back championship games in 09 and 10 and didn't he draft Hall of Famers and borderline Hall of Famers Revis, D 'Brickashaw and Mangold?

It's probably a safe assumption they won't sign all 5 to FA contracts. So maybe 3 total end up total being signed. Jackson is already signed, which means 2 out of Avila, Shelton, Dotson, and McClendon get inked.

So I figure we need 1 OG, and 1 C, where they replace Avila and Shelton with cheap young first contract players. Rams can probably get one of those two easily in this draft, especially the OG. But they may draft the C too.

Of the four pending FAs I think it is a slam dunk that they at least try to replace Shelton. It won't be some athletic type. It'll be a pivot with a ton of experience and great tape, hopefully vs SEC fronts too.
This is why I think Fano is certainly in the discussion if he is there at 13. IMO, he can legitimately play anywhere on the line. He has played both RT/LT, would be good at any of the inside slots. Not sure if I'd make the call for him at 13, but, I'm fairly certain he is in the discussion.
Oh yes, I'm 99% sure one of those 12 will be there. Besides that, in this day and age you need THREE "Number 1" Corners on the field same time. We're still 1 short. Gun to my head we're going wideout, but Corner and OT are right there lurking.
I think Forbes will be a fine 3rd CB. In fact, I believe he will thrive in that position.

Oh wait is this something the kids say now when they say the opposite of what they mean? So saying he won't be an OT because he's got arms that are too short is actually saying he'll be a good OT?

I will post this about Caleb Tiernan of Northwestern. When I watched him against the Buckeyes and others, his technique was flawless and I don't recall him giving up a sack. Now granted, he has short arms and at the next level you have to factor that in, but the man could flat out pass block, I will give him that.

Thats true. Corner not HUGE need but if either 2 are there its enticing.

They measured longer at his pro day and his reach is actually ok for a OT. I guess that means he has a wide back or something. Either way, I'm sure teams will play him at OT initially. I think he would be just fine at OT myself.

I agree, if Delane is there, I'd have a tough time not considering that value. McCoy I'd rather gamble on the other injury prospect Tyson honestly. Bigger need and just as good a prospect, if not better.

Was McCoy an injury case before this ACL injury? Asking, I have no idea. Because if that is an isolated injury he's not the injury case Tyson is. And he was definitely the prospect Tyson is.

This dude Coliseum Ram is even looking at other NFL sites and bringing his knowledge back to us Rams fans.

You da man!
Thank you so much Soul Surfer, that's a very nice compliment. I do search all day, high and low, look under every rock for any morsel. NFL is my life.
