Dudes like him need to be called out. Not have well meaning folk look the other way and accept his racist bullshit. There's no way a white dude could say all the BS he's said and have a job as long as he did. It's a double standard that our society should not have if we're going to move forward in the media. He's a race baiting piece of shit.

Also I don't care for Jason Whitlock's religious lens of seeing things, but he does get this right below. This runs a lot deeper than just some folks on a board who dislike him and are jerks who want to see him fail. Rather it's about our society properly evaluating race baiting bullshit when they see it and not trying to gloss it over if it comes from a black dude. We're all human. Ryan isn't in a special category.

I’m not defending Clark. I never watch him, don’t know his takes and have exactly ZERO interest in wading into what will almost assuredly become a Rorschach test on how the *poster* sees race rather than what Clark said.

That’s how these things always go…and then the mods have to step in and lock threads, etc.

And…this isn’t a place to even have the debate if I was gonna argue, which I’m not because I don’t know and don’t wanna know.

Just saying that he’s *probably* not the worst (low bar, I know) and it’s almost certainly not worth the time and energy….especially not here.

The "slide " did not start in 2001. We had the best team in football that year. Still players early in Bulgers stint too.
I would say it started in 01' in terms of the beginning of some poor drafts. The Travis Scott's and Eric Crouch's of the world. Even in 2000 with Trung Canidate. The post Vermeil drafts were bad. Especially in 01' which was a missed opportunity. Three 1st rd picks that disappointed. That draft impacted 01' with positive contributions from Archuleta, Pickett, & Polley, but they faded fast, and with misses like Lewis (1st rd pick) and Brian Allen (3rd rd pick), they blew an opportunity of having a dominant roster well o
into the 2000's.

I was thinking by record, won loss. In 2003 we were 12-4. 8-8 in 2004 but made the playoffs.
Then the Linehan Spags (worst ever) and then Fisher.
makes me want to throw up.
Kinda why I am not down with anyone hating on McVay. Don't know how good we have it.

It all started with Snead AFTER Fisher getting canned. It was Snead who hired then 30 year-old unknown Sean McVay to coach and also signed Andrew Whitworth, Robert Woods, Sammy Watkins, and also traded/signed Stafford, Von Miller, Jalen Ramsy, Dante Fowler and Leonard Floyd. Adn let's not forgt Miles Garrett. Les knows football!

I really couldn't care less about Kelce but I'm pretty sure he has a padded vest on underneath his jersey.

I wonder if they signed a prenup? Because while Travis was already rich, he's super rich now.
