At least Josh Allen won a couple of those games.
Lamar - I think won 1
I guarantee that her people insisted on a pre-nup that had more pages than the NDAA (bill in congress that that funds the DoD)I wonder if they signed a prenup? Because while Travis was already rich, he's super rich now.
The most interesting part is section 219.I guarantee that her people insisted on a pre-nup that had more pages than the NDAA (bill in congress that that funds the DoD)
He looked chunky and slow last year.I think he is cooked. He had a lot of drops last year, and he is just literally too fat & happy now.
I was at that game too.McVay would have made Steven Jackson in the discussion for the best running back of all time. I had the privilege of seeing him play at the Raiders in 2010. Bradfords first road game, had fantastic seats right behind the Rams bench.
The Raider fans were gawking at how huge he was. He kind of was our whole team back then. He had his own private massage bench where he would get worked on during the game.
Some of the Raiders defenders did not exactly want to tackle him. He was a beast, huge, fast and could catch and run and was loyal and dependable. McVay would have ran the wheels off him and made him the star of the NFL.
After the game I went down to the rail with other Rams fans. Jackson gave his game worn gloves to a guy all decked out in Rams gear. The guy let me try on a glove and I could not believe how sticky they were. Like fly paper.
I was not wearing Rams gear in that stadium. Literally take your life in your hands. I seen one drunk Rams fan going down the stairs all bloody and a eyeball kinda hanging out of its socket. I wore black Carhart's and a grey T shirt.
RB by committee is cool and all. But I miss the Rams having the best or one of the best RBs in the NFL. Its our tradition.
Ok. I know I’ve shared these at some point, but I’m gonna put it out there again. They were both great backs, but I just loved Jackson's combination of power and speed.
Honestly, one of my favorite S-Jax moments - as crazy as this is going to sound when I talk about it - might just be in the Eagles game in 2008. Yeah, we lost badly and there were very few Rams highlights, but Bulger made a hospital pass over the middle to S-Jax who was lined into the slot and running a go-like pattern. Sheldon Brown utterly levels him as he catches the ball (not even body-catching), knocks his helmet off...but S-Jax held on to the ball, didn't come close to dropping it, and did his celebration. Announcer said, "He doesn't even want the helmet," because he tossed it to the side.Ok. I know I’ve shared these at some point, but I’m gonna put it out there again.
Top 3 SJ39 moments.
3) I was at a bar with a newly found Ram fan. It was Jackson’s first carry. He busted through the line and headed upfield like a bull chasing red. Out of the corner of his eye he sees a DB kinda trailing. He makes a cut and heads towards him instead of heading straight upfield! He lowers his head and crushes the guy. He fumbles in the process, but the statement was made. We laughed our asses off!
2) I met up with a co-worker to watch his saints destroy my Rams.
SJ39 was at midfield for the coin toss. When it was decided who would kick, etc., Steven Jackson did what I have NEVER seen a player do: he popped in his mouthpiece. Who brings a mouthpiece to a coin toss? I fucking knew it right then and there. We were gonna win. You all know what I’m talking about. Every now and then he felt good and he felt pissed. He put the Rams on his back those days. I said to my friend, “we’re gonna win!”.
He ran all over them. Rams won.
1) Fisher’s first year and the game that coulda/shoulda made the season. Rams/9ers. 3rd down and a bunch and SJ39 takes a screen pass and heads upfield. He heads straight into the waiting patrick willis. He shoves that fucker towards the 1rst down stick while two to three more 9ers come to the rescue. Jackson himself knocks his helmet off because his chinstrap is choking him. He drags the pile past the 1rst down before they pick him up and put him down. He jumps up and head butts a coach/assistant who came onto the field all fired up—sans helmet.
I fucking loved SJ39.
Isn't the last play you described the "Predator " play?Ok. I know I’ve shared these at some point, but I’m gonna put it out there again.

..and looks like he has a helluva tan, also....Probably true, but funny no face/number.
Mike Rumph and his dislocated arm agree with the bolded statement. If I had to decide between a healthy Gurley and SJ, I’d give SJ the nod and it probably isn’t that close. SJ had sheer power while having great playing speed and tremendous hands. Not only was he an elite running back, he brutalized defenses. Healthy Gurley was a thing of beauty to watch, but give me some SJ any day.
