I think there was a time, probably 15-20 years ago where guys would get overdrafted by NFL teams on the semi-regular due to workouts (think Kyle Bollar or Brian Quick) but with front offices having better GMs (not just some meathead ex player) and analytic departments and many scouting depts overhauled to use it, I just don't think you see many teams being swayed significantly by combine or workout results any more.Every year it's the same, the media thinks they're gonna dictate whether a player rises or falls in the draft because of how they look in shorts. Only bad teams fall for this trope.
There's always gonna be some reordering on the margins (like where in the top 10 Bain goes) but that's about it these days.
