Hold on now…Definitely offer them a low pick for him. Unless McVay didn't like what he heard from Liam Coen about him.
If Stafford wins a title and rides into the sunset that would give them a bridge option in '26 to compete with whomever while the QB draft pick takes a redshirt.
He would qualify as the "whoever" in said competition. And anyone else they elect to bring in to compete in camp.
We beat them all the time..Don’t know what your issue is; Mizzou beat them quite handily.
Guess you just have skill issue.
We beat them all the time..
Now if you want to play a real team…

Looks like we are tied..
I want that job - damn sucky arm
That's if he makes the 53-man roster.I want that job - damn sucky arm
What does he get if he doesn't make the roster? That's if he makes the 53-man roster.
NFL players, both veterans and first-year players, are paid during training camp. Veteran players receive $3,200 per week during the 2023-2024 seasons, increasing to $3,500 in 2025-2026. First-year players (including rookies and undrafted players) receive $1,850 per week during the 2023-2024 seasons, increasing to $2,000 per week in 2025-2026, according to AS USA and MARCA.What does he get if he doesn't make the roster?

Careful now, we don't want to get the next Blake Corum running all over you now do we?
My only fear here is they cave and trade him to someone like the Whiners. All though, didn't realize he's going to be 30 this season. He was an older draft pick apparently.

And cheap!!!They are foolish if they don’t pay him.
It would basically be swapping him out for Deebo. Crazy. And cheap!!!
The guy played on some pretty shitty Washington teams prior to last year. 3-13, 7-9, 7-10, 8-8-1, 4-13. Their leading receiver the last 6 years (his entire career). 460 receptions, 6379 yards, 38 TDs and that's with some pretty suspect QB play. Keenum, Alex Smith, Heinecke, Howell and finally a good one in Daniels. Let em go, reap what you sow. He'd be a perfect fit in KC.
That's his cap hit (and compensation) if he makes the 53-man roster ... which is unlikely.View attachment 71836
This was announced on here and I saw someone say Winn signed this big contract to be a camp arm.
Why did he need to sign a two year deal to be in camp six weeks? I thought Training Camp this year is around $4,000 per week and is not a part of a players contract, which they get paid weekly during the season.
