As far as we know (there was a tweet about it in a different thread), she was on life-support, and Harmon got to tell her that he was drafted. So, as sad as it is - and it’s very sad news - at least she got to see her child reach his dream.

Yeah but they retired the jersey number because of him and he told the young kid he could use his number. That's very noble of him.
