Yes the Yankees are flawed.

Their defense sux, they cant run the bases, and they are not very deep and that cost them. They are lucky they faced 2 AL Central teams....

Ill take the Dodgers all day in 25 vs the Yanks...

No sour grapes. Just a comeback to a cocky winner. You guys won. Congratulations. You now have 8 since the beginning of time. Learn how to be a graceful winner. I guess the 7 NYY titles I've witnessed in my lifetime taught me how to behave. Perhaps you need another 4 in your lifetime to learn. I don't know if you were alive in 1965 but for some reason, I don't think so. If you were, congratulations, you've seen 5. Maybe if you live long enough you might get to 7 or 8. I mean 8 division titles in the last 9 years and 2 titles means you'll need another 27 years or more to get an additional 6....and that's if there's another pandemic or two!

Sure and the trash talking leading up to the games was all in good fun. Apparently some didn't take it that way and feel the need to talk shit afterwards. Never a thing. What's that saying? Act like you been there before!!

I'm actually happy for the Dodgers. In particular, Freddie Freeman , who went through hell this year and Dave Roberts, who was put on the hot seat by some. IIRC, when Freddie hit the grand slam I said as much at the time, despite it being against my team. Class has always been an aim of mine. Might not always hit the mark but I try.

Honestly Yankees were a very very flawed team. Out of SD, NYM and NYY, the Yankees were the worst of the 3.

Hope they do make it back for a rematch in '25.

That's what Dodger players & fans say but they won game 1 in extra innings and game 5 by a run. The other 2 wins were 2 run games the only one sided win was by the Yankees. For being so much better you would think the Dodgers would have outscored them by more than 1 run the whole series. Oh by the way 27
