I actually think the Hawks are ascending with another impressive draft. Niners have leveled off (hopefully window starting to close). Rams are resetting with an eye on 2024. Cards are folding like a cheap suit, and moving to Venezuela after their yard sale.
100% they are. They’ve sadly had two beastly drafts with a ton of young and easily cheap motivated talent. The only kind Cheat Carroll knows how to motivate.

Is it just me or do the Jags seem to get a lot more ex Rams players than most other teams?
Damn how many here wanted him? Wonder if he never healed right?

Good Logan Bruss didn't get claimed. I want him back on practice squad. I'm not ready to give up on him yet but don't want to rely on him this season. Get him another year to recover fully and settle into RT.
And the Bobby Evans saga continues..........just a different name. All the know-it-all football heads here said Bobby Evans was junk from the beginning and continually banged the drum to get him out of here now these same people want to give Bruss the same leash. Wtf people? Just admit we fucked up with the pick and move on, simple. We don't need to wait until he is thrust into emergency action due to injuries and get Stafford killed. Just stop it already.

I do enjoy when someone believes their own thoughts so hard they have no issue posting it for the world to see.

Ok, I guess I'm a know-it-all being told that by someone who apparently is a know it all? Funny, tone it down a bit there Spunky.

I never once asked for Evans to be kept or used and called for him to be jettisoned well before they did. We have seen Bruss play pro football for 3 preseason games after a complete knee reconstruction. I have no problem with them cutting him but there is no obligation having him on practice squad even if it's for a few months to see if he improves. I don't know if Bruss is even worth bringing back... the Rams do and if they don't that's fine since they do know. Now take your meds and breath a little.

Cardinals have claimed 6 of the 23 players as of yesterday. Niners & Bills have each had 3 players they cut signed while we've had a whopping total of 1.

Honestly I wasn’t impressed by him but I’d pick him up as a FA and try him out
I like how he's wired. He's a Favre type in his mentality and in that Ole Miss offense he made some good decisions quickly. This league is so strapped at QB that if you can scoop one that fell through the cracks you have the option down the road to either utilize him or flip him for an extra pick.

Been saying this for years but with a coach like McVay we should always carry a QB3 and if he's not good enough feature him in preseason and flip him for picks. Wash rinse repeat.
