No, but I at least expect a player that was mediocre in his first pro season to say that he's striving to improve, not say that he's going to be a top five quarterback before he's proven anything in the NFL. Be humble, in other words.
Ridiculous. He wasnt coming out and just declaring it, that was from some reporter asking him about some random ESPN poll that had him rated as the worst QB in the NFL. Saying he expects to be a top 5 QB isn't being arrogant, and if it was someone from the Rams EVERYONE here would be applauding it. Where you expect to be and saying you are the best are not even remotely comparable, like what Milliner said.
