This pick is going to raise a lot of eyebrows, yet Baer is already highly rated in the scouting community, and the Rams will be in the market for a right tackle after the season.

23) LA Rams: Drew Allar/QB/Penn State​

Allar grades high in areas of physical ability but needs a lot of work on his game. If anyone can coach the best out of him, it would be Sean McVay.

I fucked my ankle up last July...like 2024 July. I broke the bottom of the leg bone off where it merts the ankle. It healed poorly, was full of fluid and I had a torn ATF Ligament and another one that I don't remember the name. I've had 3 MRIs and countless X-rays over this time.

I say all that to say this...they did two separate surgeries at once...they recommended a nerve block from the knee down for pain....I regret every moment of this. I would rather have the pain than this paralysis of my leg for this 18-24 hrs they tell me. I can't feel shit. I hate it. I'm someone who HAS to flex or hyperextend my fingers and toes all the time. I have since I was a kid....I can't do it and it's making me go insane.

Anyway, rambling....I'm stuck in bed half ass watching this game and wanted to tell ya....if you are ever presented with the option...my advice...pass on it.

I enjoy this series during the year with JB, D'marco and MJB.

The Los Angeles Rams added a new uniform to their wardrobe for 2025, giving them four different jerseys to choose from this season. Paired with Bone jerseys, the Rams’ “Rivalries” set is one of two alternate designs, which are in addition to their traditional royal blue and white jerseys.

We already knew the Rams would be wearing their Rivalries uniform in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks and ahead of Week 1, they released their full uniform schedule for the 2025 season. They’re wearing their Bone jerseys three times, which is more than they’ve worn them in the last two years; they wore them twice each season in 2023 and 2024.

There’s no designated home or away uniforms, so they’re wearing navy at home and on the road, and the same goes for their white jerseys.

2. Sean McVay, Rams​

Many coaches view Shanahan and McVay as 1a and 1b. Like Shanahan, McVay’s play calling helped keep the Rams playing at a high level despite multiple injuries. Their offensive line was ravaged, Puka Nacua missed five games, and Cooper Kupp regressed with injuries and age last season. Yet the Rams remained efficient, finishing eighth in success rate and 10th in DVOA.

McVay has drastically evolved his offense from a highly systemized and coach-controlled outside zone, play-action system into a gap scheme, quarterback-centered, more spread-out system with Matthew Stafford at the helm. Coaches surveyed gave McVay a lot of credit for giving Stafford the tools to weaponize his football IQ at the line of scrimmage.

McVay’s career low point was in Super Bowl LIII, in which the Rams only scored 3 points in a loss to the Patriots. In that game, he couldn’t adjust to Bill Billichick’s 6-1 front. With years of experience, McVay’s ability to adjust is now levels above where it was early in his career.

“I think he can just see it live the best,” one defensive coordinator said. “He has a full Rolodex of plays. He can get to anything on his call sheet, but he can also get to anything in his head. If he needs to adjust in-game, he can completely come up with a new game plan on the spot. So it’s almost to the point now where he’s seen a lot. He has such a good memory of everything, with 12 years of experience calling plays and reacting to stuff. If you’re playing this (defense), he’s going to go to this … and he can do it in a second. That’s weird that he can just adjust so easily.”

Was very impressed with Nussmeier last night and he is my #1 target at this stage of the season. Small sample size but i was envisioning him in horns last night.

My memory eludes me on some of this, but I'm wondering about Ahkello. IFIRC, he was a free agent for a longer time than might be typical last year. In a league always willing to give anyone a chance that might help, I find the lack of interest in him....well, interesting. From my memory, we signed him rather late and he became a starter. What' up with that, I really like the kid. Why didn't the vultures of the league claim him?
Recently, we've lost KT, Lampkin and others (love Snead), but somehow I don't recall anyone interest in our current starting corner. Can someone set me straight?

I recently created a project for myself because of my extreme love of Banyan trees. Those are the giant tropical trees that have the aerial roots that come down from their branches like vines until they reach the ground and then grow into the soil. Full grown trees can take up a full 4 acres. There is a famous giant one on Maui that they believed the fires had destroyed, but it has come back strong and is one of the only things that survived.

The problem with them is that they will die graveyard dead if it gets cold enough just to frost. So they only survive in South Florida and the Keys. We don't get many frosts here in Orlando... but we do get them. So I've never had the option to have one in my yard. My dream (and my wife's) of having one was over.

That's when I decided to grow my own Bonsai style. It will look exactly like the full grown Banyans, just in miniaturized form. I will also have to grow them inside obviously. I was able to locate 2 perfect Banyan tree specimens along with a huge ceramic Bonsai pot and the Bonsai soil.

In a few years their trunks and aerial roots are gonna be sick... especially since I put 2 in the same pot. They look kinda bare now because you have to prune them way back to tie them down to plant them Bonsai style.

I've found a few single Banyan Bonsai trees that are for sale for $30,000 to $50,000. I don't plan on selling mine though. I am going to propagate the limbs as I trim them... I've already got 2 more plants growing from limbs I just cut from it. Maybe I'll start a side hustle with those.

My first Post, is a question... Whats cheapest way to get NFL ticket? I have been streaming last few years for free.
