Nice call on the non-call. Ha. Dean Blandino is head of officiating.

I made a commitment when the teams were announced several weeks ago along with @LoyalRam to root for the St. Louis BattleHawks and I will honor that commitment. Seems of the teams around the league under Head Coach Jonathan Hayes St. Louis has focused on defense and I look for them to wrap up Hal Mumme's offense as IMO, Landry Jones stinks and BattleHawk signal caller Jordan Ta'amu offers a dual threat and I look forward to the BattleHawks upending the overrated Bob Stoops and sending a message to the XFL that defense is going to win it's first championship even though this is the second stint of the XFL.
Go BattleAxes!

xfl site and espn both lacking box scores I'm curious what they look like statwise.

I wish the Houston team were actually called the Oilers. I rooted for the when I lived in Houston metro in the late 70's. Never before my Rams, but I loved Earl Campbell

rights are owned by the Titans.

Auto-clock stoppage inside 2 minutes is interesting too. Allows for a bit more balance in approach in the final minutes which is kind of cool.

One thing I think they should have done too is electronic ball spotting. It's time to get that type of tech out there on the field IMO. Doing that would eliminate most of the auto-reviews that had to re-spot the ball.
