They should not use San Francisco as a measure of anything this year, except that they were held to 17 points against them.

If SF can hold them to 17 then the Rams D could possibly hold them to even less........so lets guess 15. They are wounded and if they remain that way then there is a good chance the Rams can keep the score low enough and pull this one out.

This is what teams scored on their defense:

Bears 23
Seahawks 17
Chiefs 28
49ers 3

If the running game is going then the Rams offense should at the very least be as good as Da Bears. Their defense is every bit as good as the 49ers. So a score like Rams 23 Green Bay 17 is doable....if the Rams show up after a big conference battle. They didn't exactly show up after the last one. Lets hope Gurley has the team excited instead of down and exhausted from leaving it all on the field at Arizona.

ehhh...kind of boring compared to the Cardinals forum

I thought the read was pretty fair. They have confidence in their team, but not overconfidence. They know this is a game that they should win, but could possibly lose. They're not treating the Rams like they're some kind of joke the way Cardinals fans were.

If it's close, special teams could be the difference. If Tavon can return a punt for six, that might be the deciding factor...

Yet another fan base that will be surprised at what Aaron Donald can do...

Right. They talk about doubling Donald and getting TE help on Quinn. But then you leave Long and Brockers singled. You also have to account for our blitzes. There's not a lot you can do to stop us from getting the QB, rather than getting the ball out under 3 seconds.

Yep, that's pretty much every fan base whose team hasn't played the Rams around the past 12 games, and just about every time they finally get it once the game ends.
