You do realize that they STILL don't show up at Levi Stadium, right? They might now that they're winning, but the 9ers are hardly die hard fans, for the most part.

Most don't know who John Brodie was.

LA fans in the midst of a team having no direction sold their tickets and while I hate that, there are only a few fanbases that show up no matter what... Packers, Chiefs, Pats, Browns.

Everyone else goes through this...

6-10 if the defense wins a game or if one of our opponents just craps the bed.

Many of the things we need to fix are rarely fixed during the season.

I mean, Natrez Patrick is showing up, but we aren't hurting in the LB department. Taylor Rapp is gonna be really good, but he's not the shutdown cover DB we need so we can stop with the massive cushions.

Our ceiling is 9-7.

We're not making the playoffs this year. The 9ers and Seahawks are playing well and used to playing with injuries.

I mean, this could happen...

What sucks about this is that we're giving all of our preseason doubters who didn't KNOW anything all the ammo to pretend that they weren't all broken clocks...

Walter has to be giddy right now...fn douchebag...
 
I have been stuck on 9-7, but if we lose the next game I see a historic free fall to 6-10 at best and that is only if McVay throws away his precision playbook for something more basic and balanced.\

I'm not sure what is going on in McVay's brain, but his play calling has me confused. Each week he goes to the extremes and can't put together anything resembling balance.

I dunno either, but I think he's overthinking... like, by a LOT.

That's why I think Jay Gruden would be so helpful. He's had to do so much with so little that coming here, he'd see things a little differently...maybe.

I think we have the roster to still finish 12-4 but the offensive line costs us another 2 games. 10-6.
 
I feel like 5 - 11 today... But, that is optimistic at the moment.
 
Haven't made these predictions a few years. Things change quickly in today's NFL. You never know what you get with your schedule and injuries.

On a side note: The Over and under win for the Eagles early in the year was a 9.5 Think it moved up to 10. I thought no way Eagles don't win 11-13 games this year. Well, they are 3-3 too.

One game at a time for me.
