I thought the 9ers, Hawks, and Cards all looked pretty good last week. Really impressed with the 9ers defense...they still have a bunch of talent....
Rams are a good team, but the division will be won on the field, with execution. This is still the toughest division in the NFL....

I'll have a tall glass of that kool aid, 007. With lots of ice, please.

I'm not predicting that we'll run away with it, of course.

But I am predicting that we'll be in the thick of it.

I re watched the first 2 series of the Ram O against the Raiders with special emphasis on GRob, Barnes, Brown, and Hav. Every single snap of each of those players, iow.

I've gotta say that I came away encouraged. All those guys can play in this league as starters. That includes Barnes in this particular game.

If Foles plays just middle of the pack this year, we're gonna be a team that nobody wants to play.

So, yeah, I expect playoffs. Probably as a wild card, but I'll take it. Lol.

I'm not into predicting anymore... and I wish I had a feel for what's in store.

I hope this is the year it all comes together.

But my gut isn't working right now... ;)

The Seahawks seem to be really good at drafting so I can't dismiss them. Also, if you think their O-line has issues, I'd argue ours realistically may not be much better. I really don't like any of our Cs, we have two rookies who are going to have typical rookie struggles, Saffold always gets dinged up or on the IR, and GRob did not look good last week. And then there's the lack of depth for our O-line. If Washington is our backup G for when Saffold goes down, we're screwed. Everything has to go absolutely perfect for our O-line to be considered good. That rarely happens in the NFL.

I don't see us running away with the division, if we win it will be squeaking by a game or so. I still think we go playoffs via the wildcard but it isn't out of the question we wi the division especially if we win week 1.

I think we win week one, and build momentum for there.

But,.. It's a 16 game season. There will be tough stretches. For ROD nation we need to pump the brakes during tough times.
