Huh? Wha... how?

Should I be concerned about this?

Does Vegas see something I don't? Yes, of course the Cowboys can win. They are at home, desperate, have talent. But they have also been failing miserably and are losing to teams with winning records.

I felt the Rams could win this by double figures.

I was not worried so much about this game.

Should I be?

They are still a good (not great) team, playing at home with a lot at stake. We should win, and maybe we win it big, but more likely it is a battle.

I can see this game going either way. It is all going to come down to which team is hungrier. Watching the Rams the last couple of weeks it looks they are hungrier. We shall see though. Like you said, the Cowboys have talent and are at home. Should be an interesting game.

Spread can change over the course of a week. I believe the Seahawks opened as 1.5 point favorites last night and closed at 1 point dogs.

We shouldn't be too confident yet. Just two weeks ago we were brutalized on Monday night football. Things change quickly in the NFL and Dallas, like us, may start playing like a desperate animal.

I'd imagine it will come down to a pickem.

But - we're not that great in close games this year. The only truly close game we won was against the Browns (we were up 10 late on Carolina and they scored to make it look closer). Our other 6 wins are all by double digits, and the Carolina game as I mentioned before, wasn't actually that close.

I doubt this plays into it - but if you expected a close game, odds are our bad luck will continue and GZ will miss a kick, and the fumble will bounce right to Dallas.

We should be a little worried. Why? Because like us last night they are at home and the playoffs are on the line. They will give it everything they've got. We need a repeat of last night.
Any given Sunday...And they are way more talented than 6-7. Kinda like us!

It’s a tough match up.
Very good DL and a very good OL.
That said, other than pooping the bed vs Baltimore the D has been very good since Ramsey arriving.
The cowboys aren’t elite at receiver.
Control their running game and Dak can be very average.
Run the ball, control their run game.
Somethings never change.
A good challenge for the young OL.

Our d is not the best at stopping the run. So, if our offense can score early and put some pressure on the dallas offense to catch up, our d will look good. If our d has to constantly over play the run, because our O is slow to start, we will be in big trouble. You just have to look at the ravens and 9er games to see what happens.

A few things here. One it's the opening line and while they don't always move a lot it's still the opening line. Second they're at home so a neutral field it's a pickem game. Third these are designed to generate action on the game so don't read a lot into it. Also no big deal :) We got this fam!

Dallas is loaded with talent. I guarantee the Rams won't take them lightly lol. But as long as they play like they did yesterday they of course should win this game.

Should be a playoff type atmosphere with both teams' backs against the wall. Wildcard week part II, that's how I'm looking at it at least.

What's also possible is that Vegas is taking into account that a lot of Cowboy fans like to bet on their Cowboys even when they know deep down in their heart they are going to lose so Cowboys are always have better odds because of that.

We are built roughly the same with us edging them out on overall defense and them edging us out on O-Line play. Why would vegas be confident in us? We've had success two weeks in a row against divisional opponents. The Cowboys are a little different. The keys will be Ramsey versus Cooper, and Goff versus that defense.

And in all honesty, you should always relish being the underdog in a game against the Cowboys. Because in the words of Stephen A Smith, they are an accident waiting to happen. They'll always let you down.

My biggest concern at this point isn't the Cowpokes, but moreso the Rams' 2019 tendency of not showing up certain weeks. When they're UP they can beat anyone zero doubt about it. But this season they tend to have a tendency to almost take weeks off. It's very strange to see it under McVay (feels almost like a Fisher type deal) but maybe they have finally turned the corner.

The key is going to be the defense. They need to play the way they played last night in every game left this season. Take a week off even in Dallas and it's over. But if they continue to play like they just did they have a chance to win every game left even the game vs the 9ers.
