are some of you guys freakin serious? You wanna ship Goff outta here already? Goff just needs a good Oline and running game but what pocket passer other than Aaron Rodgers doesnt? The Vikings have done a complete 180 from last year by improving their Oline and running game (Cook is healthy finally) and now Cousins is playing great football. Dont tell me that Cousins is more talented than Goff. They are pretty similar. Lets not completely overreact here. We just need to get more physical on both lines and improve our running game. The Niners, Ravens and Pats are showing that by beating finesse teams like us and the Chiefs. People bashing Goff like he is the only problem here are seriously funny knee-jerk. This has been a crappy season and tonight was terrible but cmon

He’s a game manager. Nothing more. He was schemed and coached up. Why this org after last year’s Super Bowl extended him is baffling. But they’ve don’t nothing that has made sense for 12 months. Ramsey deal floored me.
Is there a coach and GM that are available or will be available that you would rather have?

I'v learned from Eagles fans just to let this go. Wentz is getting all the blame himself too. I hope some of you enjoy your group therapy session. Make sure to have a conversation on the 5 straight touch down drives by Lamar, a botched/tipped pass by Kupp and a complete whiff on a block by Gerald Everett. I'm sure it should be enlightening. Have a great night.

Read the 2 sentences before Broncos or Fins. We best be trying something or finding a Wissel in the third or something.

That's your plan??? Hope for a guy like Russell Wilson to be there in the third round??? And what, pray tell will you say if nobody like that magically materializes for us? Who plays QB then?

Have you really thought this through, or are you just letting your anger at Goff get to you, because that plan is not a plan at all, it's just hoping for a miracle.

Is there even an argument between who has been more consistent, the Rams defense or Goff? Defense was on fire since Atlanta up until tonight.
Falcons, Bengals, Steelers, Bears. No team is trembling on D against that lineup.

Complain all you want about Goff’s deal, right there with you.

But don’t throw Ramsey’s in the same bucket. Shutdown corners in their prime are golden and totally worth what we paid. 1st round picks are crapshoots. Load up on mid rounders to fill the holes and provide depth.

So what’s your plan pay 134 million to a guy who has 51 turnovers in 48 games?
Jared has 11 td’s and 12 INT’s this year!

Shit Mitch Trubisky is 10 tds to 6 ints. And everybody on this board calls Trubisky trash.

We made a horrible decision extending him and trading up for him and it’ll handicap us for years now. The reason we can’t maneuver for another QB is because they extended him. Period.

look, I understand being a homer, but how long being lost in the hood saying you know the way before you actually ask for directions?

Horrible for 1/3 of 2018? Yes, our offense did slow down in the latter part of the year (not coincidentally when Gurley's knee started giving him trouble). The Rams went 4-2 in their last six regular season games, and scored over 30 points four different times. That's what you call horrible? Then they won two playoff games, including an NFC Championship game in a hostile environment, with Goff making two very clutch throws in OT with defenders right in his face to get us into position for GZ's game winning FG. At the end of regulation he drove the Rams down again to tie the game.

By what standard is that horrible?

By a pretty clear and obvious standard LOL. I gave him props for the Saints game, but outside of that he's been terrible dude.

Goff's last 8 games of 2018 including playoffs: 165/286 = 57% completion // 7TDs - 8INT // 8 fumbles

10 games in 2019: 60% completion// 11TDs - 12 INT // 7 fumbles

You think Gurley going down led to all the offensive issues? Do you not remember CJ Anderson running for 150yrds every game?? We were still running the ball, just no passing game. Goff has been horrible for a while now like I said. If it hasn't been clear just using your eyes check out the stats above.

OK they beat us period. I still hate the way refs/rules have such an impact. Sure looked like a fumble even by todays dumb rules. Did the show the block in the back on littlrton during LJax cartoon like scramble to the 1 on the 3rd TD drve? It was clear as day watching live

I agree with a lot of this but this is a bad point IMO. He's only the top paid Qb because of the market. The rams giving up on him and drafting another QB who could be worse then him is dumber then singing him lol

Fair point, and the idea to get ahead of the Prescott deal was the strategy. But with his rookie year going the way it did, and him fading down the stretch last year... too risky when you have him under contract for another 2 years + 2 potential franchise tags.

The front office and Mcvay need to find a way to fix the offensive line. There is still a lot of talent on the offensive side of the ball. Enough with the catering to Wades defense Peters,Talib,Ramsey,Matthews and he already had Donald throw some resources to the offensive side of the ball. We've given up 3 #1 picks picked up Matthews picked up Suh and the defense still has not been elite. Without an above average offensive line these are the type of games we'll see more often. From super bowl to this, simply pathetic

Here's a plan that's actually possible and doesn't rely on the miracle of getting lucky with a third round draft pick as you propose.

1) Fix the OL ... wow, that one's really hard to figure out, but hey, I did it ...

2) McVay goes back to the drawing board and rethinks his offense. Adjusts his schemes, personnel groupings, looks at his playcalling, etc. He's been stuck in a rut all year, trying to do the same things that worked so well the past two seasons, but defensive coordinators have caught up with it somewhat, with the line issues exacerbating the problem. Salary cap impact of this move: $0.

Ding ding we have a winner. Goff got virtually the same contract as Carson Wentz who had two season ending injuries in two of his first four seasons.

Ok, so let's hear your plan, smart guy. Let's see if you can do any better than Corbin's "let's trade him to Miami and hope a guy like Wilson is there in the third round" plan.

C'mon, you can do it. You know that all our problems are due to Goff and he needs to go, so tell me how you are going to make it happen and how you are going to fill that vacancy. For a man of your towering intellect, it should be easy.

What would Jim Mora Sr say after a game like this?
Offense? Offense? What offense
Defense? Defense? What Defense
Special Teams? Special Teams? What Special Teams?
QB? QB? QB? QB? What QB Are you kiddin' me? What QB?
Playoffs? Playoffs? Playoffs? Gosh Dang. Ask me next year about playoffs! Gotta get a QB first!

Goff won the championship game in New Orleans with his throws to tie and then eventually win the game in overtime. You have a pea sized memory.
