Ive never seen McVay as down as when they showed him on the sideline when that final kick went through. All 3 phases never played good at the same time all year. We have alot of work to do

I don't think Weddle isn't trying. I think he's washed up. Ravens fans told me that when we signed him. They were right. His speed is gone.

His courage is gone too . Some CB's are known to avoid contact , but not safeties. I made it a point to watch him closely the last few weeks, and it was sickening . Does anyone remember him making a play in the past month or so ?

That was Goff throwing the ball away. Watch a little closer. the pass protection was horrible and bailed out by Goff's throw aways and Mcvay's play calling of rollouts.

Perfect example of where stats are abused.

This Oline is horrible. No run game and pass plays need to be rollouts to have any time.

Pure bullshit... yeah we rolled out alot. But on straight drop backs - the majority of the time he also was protected.

Plus I said good in pass protection... never said shit about the run blocking. so "look a little closer" at what I actually posted.

I've been watch every snap of every game all season - and the pass protection has been good the last half of the season.

Anybody just feeling relieved?
Yep. After the loss to the Cowboys I pretty much chalked up the season. I watched this game just to see how the team would go out with their slim play off chances. They were more competitive than I expected but ultimately came up short. Relieved that I won’t need to worry about our team the rest of this season. Weird to say but honest.

I call pure bullshit on the oline being anything other than awful in the run and the pass this year.
Especially on pure dropbacks. Goff getting hit at the end of his drop became normal until mcvay began rolling him out the pocket.
The oline sucks and has sucked since the first game.

I agree. The only reason Goff had time these last few games when he was in the pocket was due to the rollouts messing up the rush. They didn't know whether they should stay put for a roll out or rush the passer in the pocket. It gave Goff an extra second by doing this.

10-6 and missing the playoffs would've given us something to hang our hat on for next year .
I'm not ready for another run of mediocre seasons , but this team has a lot of question marks and holes to deal with . Plus a few key guys wanting to get paid . I hope the hell I'm wrong

Good thing I missed the game... Pretty much most of the season for that matter.

Weddle and Brockers add nothing on the field.

Goff continues to make bad decisions. This team will go nowhere without a new Interior O line. They get zero push in the run game and it crippled the entire scheme.

Yeah I don't think Rapp was expecting Ramsey to just stand there. But that's what players like Ramsey do.. One play they are great, but then every now and then they are too cool for fucking school and blow hard. Peters did that shit all the time also.
Ramsey played the underneath zone. He wasn't supposed to do anything to Sanders once he passed off the receiver

Time to take ol yeller out back

*Looking at you, Wade*

It was a good run but it seems like teams know exactly what's coming from him. Probably what happens after 30 years in the NFL. I just really hope we don't end up in limbo. Between 60 percent of our cap being tied up in 5 players and having no firsts, I'm not sure where we go from here.

Honestly I turned the channel after the pick 6. Statistically it’s almost impossible for a team to win when they give one up, unless they get one back. And thats pretty unlikely too. So, I just decided to save myself the frustration and turn the channel.

But we really don't know that. That's what Ramsey seemed to be thinking. But we don't know the what the coverage was supposed to be -we're just speculating.

So if they roll out and the o-line doesn't give up a sack.. 0-lines fault they suck.

Got it.
