I'm right there with you. It feels like the NE Super Bowl where Belicheat threw that 6 man front against us. Disbelief that we couldn't adjust.I just have a hard time accepting.. that even with the line injuries.. that the offense is THIS BAD.
This time, we have a few plays that had some cleverness to them: Kupp's two long passes were creative, especially the one where Stafford bought his own time in the pocket and went back to Kupp against the grain. But no sign of leveraging ARob on slants after he proved early on this was successful and ARob could win those tight battles.
I am thanking our lucky stars that we grabbed McVay as a coach, but he should follow his own philosophy of accountability and focus on being a better game time General. If he's not comfortable with that, fine. Be the General in the tent and let your field officers deal with the battle.
Right now, I grow of weary of watching him review his MS Surface/iPad yet come out with the same calls.
