Yea, I've got nothing to vent about. I figured we'd lose the game and still don't care. The fact that Kevin Peterson played pretty well is good for us. However, we need Barron back. Littleton in pass coverage is no bueno.

Didn't watch the game, but it seems Ficken did his job. That's the only thing I really wanted for that game, give that guy some confidence.

Have fun on vacation 49ers. Actually no, I hope you get rain and a flat tire

Amen. Ficken looked much better this week.

Yeah, props to Ficken. That PAT was pure.

The second field goal there was a bad snap, but props to Hekker getting it down well enough for Sam to kick it.

The kickoffs looked far better today as well.

I only watched a few minutes between porn and liveleak.
Did I miss anything?

Would have liked to see more guys step up. Thomas made some nice catches and showed some toughness. Austin got some yards running but the drop was disappointing. Everett's fumbled after nice more and didn't make plays on close throws. Not all on him. Defensive lapses hurt. Missed tackles. Mannion was a little off and the offensive line wasn't great.

Peterson MVP of the game for us. Everett easily had his worst game in a Rams uni. Brown looks slow, don't think he can handle that much of a workload. Would have loved to see more Dunbar and some Davis.

Oh, and my biggest gripe!!! We needed 15 points today to end the year averaging exactly 30 points per game. because we only got 13 we ended with an average of 29.875 ponts per game.......I really wanted it to be at least 30...:headexplosion:

Next season, when the Goff to Watkins battery is humming like a well-oiled machine . . . to say nothing of the enhanced rapports with Kupp, Woods, Reynolds, Cooper, Everett, Higbee, Hemingway, Gurley, Brown, etc.

The good news is that a few minutes ago I got a Friend request on Facebook from Jennifer Lopez. :)

I'm thinking it's not the same person because the above pic doesn't match her description. :sneaky:

I was hoping for something more like this...

Here's the PFF take.

TOP 5 GRADES:
CB Kevin Peterson, 93.1 overall grade

G Jamon Brown, 83.0 overall grade

LB Bryce Hager, 80.6 overall grade

S Blake Countess, 79.6 overall grade

T Cornelius Lucas, 79.1 overall grade

PERFORMANCES OF NOTE:
QB SEAN MANNION, 70.1 OVERALL GRADE

It was a shaky start for Mannion in his first start of the season but he showed some promise as the game progressed and settled down in terms of accuracy. He hit two excellent passes late in the second quarter, firstly hitting Pharoh Cooper down the seam for a 26-yard gain on third down, following it up with a pinpoint deep ball to Mike Thomas to setup a last gap field goal. There were more misses than good throws but some of the throws Mannion hit were exceptional.

G JAMON BROWN, 83.0 OVERALL GRADE
Quality performances were thin on the ground for a backup-laden Rams’ offense but their one remaining starter on the offensive line showed his quality. Brown gave up very little in either run or pass games, while his linemates struggled to contain the 49ers’ penetration. Brown surrendered 0 pressures for the third time this season and the first time since Week 7.

CB KEVIN PETERSON, 93.1 OVERALL GRADE
Peterson’s 61 snaps in this game more than doubled his career total to date and what a stunning game he came up with. Targeted five times, Peterson allowed only one catch for 14 yards while breaking up three passes and intercepting two. Peterson will be relegated back to the bench when Trumaine Johnson returns for the playoffs but a display like this shouldn’t be quickly forgotten when it comes to future playing time.

LB BRYCE HAGER, 80.6 OVERALL GRADE
While fellow starter Cory Litteton struggled to coral George Kittle in coverage, Hager had a stronger display, especially in the tackling department where he had 0 missed tackles compared to Littleton’s three. Hager capped off his solid display by picking up a forced fumble and recovery in garbage time, ripping the ball away from Carlos Hyde for another Rams turnover.

Very impressed by Peterson. Also had a few tackles in special teams if I'm remembering correctly.
