Yeah, gonna be with the broken horn though, but I agree, very clean classic look. It is missing elements from the rivalry jersey so it might look a touch different if they use this version.
I never thought about that, but George Allen must of been a real PIA because every owner he worked for could not stand him.
George Hallas, IMO, might have just been upset he took the Rams job because he took the Rams to court and the court ruled in favor of the Rams to hire Allen back in 1966.
Daniel Farrell Reeves, Rams owner who watched his team improve and become serious contenders under George Allen, could not stand him and it was well documented. IMO, the problem between the two was that Reeves believed in college players and is given credit for pioneering the scouting system in the NFL. Also Reeves never met a single malt, he did not like and Allen's favorite beverage was milk, so there was that too. Reeves fired Allen twice, hired him back after a player revolt and then fired him again at the end of the 1970 season.
Edward Bennett Williams, Redskins owner, once said of George Allen: "George was given an unlimited budget and he exceeded it." Anyways Allen was there from 1971-1977 and they parted ways because Williams was tired of all the old guys on the team and Allen wanted to head back to Southern California.
Carroll Rosenbloom, went against the wishes of his son Steve and Don Klosterman and brought Allen in 1978 only to fire him after two preseason games because he felt he made a major mistake. Unpresented and could you imagine if that happen today?

Not so fun fact: The first jersey ever bought for me as a wee lad was a Billy Kilmer 17 (I grew up in Maryland). My pops told me he couldn't throw a spiral, and for some reason, that pissed 5 year old me off. Redskins were off the table.
Saw the Rams on TV later that same season and was hooked by them thar horns. Rams fan since '77!!

My new uniform (merch) for the upcoming season.
Some exciting new uniform news
for every team BUT the Rams
a week ago or so , the Titans released their new uniforms
about a month ago , the Falcons announced they would be revealing their new uniforms on April 2nd
today , the Commodes released a video saying they will reveal their new uniforms on April 15
the Commodes aren't changing their name or logo , but their uniforms are going back to old school , like the Titans did
( Rams could be so lucky )
also today , the Ravens sent out a email to their ticket holders about some upcoming event on April 16th , and the end of the email says , if you stick around to the end for an exciting surprise
although that the Ravens aren't actually get all new uniforms , just that this will be the Ravens 30th anniversary , so just a minor tweak to be expected to their uniform to acknowledge the anniversary
and so , of the 5 teams "expected" to make uniforms changes this year , that leaves only our beloved Rams withy no yet to be announced announcement

Judging by the placeholder we can only assume the rams have changed their colors to red and blue

Haven’t we had longer to work on uniforms than most? WTH is so complicated about uniforms?
Demoff knows more than us 50+ plus year Ram loving peasants what uniforms are appropriate. I will now shut my old ass up.
gotta make sure the yellow matches the LA sun and the blue matches the ocean waves and the white matches the beautiful nimbus clouds and the horn matches the architectural curve of the coast line.

What a lazy rebrand so far. Same logo(basically), just made it all one color. Hope the Rams didn’t pay for someone to come up with that.
A Rams campaign to receive fan made logos and a contest would be the way to go. Get the community involved, and to be perfectly honest the best rebrands I’ve seen are from regular people.

Lets face it. This current hierarchy has totally sucked at rebranding and uniforms and helmets. D minus since the return to Los Angeles.
I, and many others could have done the new logo's, uniforms etc in 10 minutes and gotten an A. Thats no exaggeration either.
73-99's, in their EXACT form-Primaries.
64-72's- Alternates.
50's/60's- Ram Head- Logo.

Crazy that our draft hats are still not on the market. We are a bit over 3 weeks from the draft. What are they thinking? If its just that the logo will all be one color, what is the hold up. FWIW, I think the one color logo change is actually worse then the original.
