Have any of you heard rumblings about the Rams sending Josh Reynolds to the Eagles for Rasul Douglas? Some site called NJ.com was pushing this out as a trade rumor. Anyone else hear of this?
 
One of my best friends is an Eagles fan and we have joked for years about the strange tendency of the Rams and Eagles to sign each other's former players. I told him last year I expect Reynolds to end up an Eagle after 2020.

I dunno much about Rasul, but I'd love to hear from someone who knows more about him.

Totally agree...i was surprised to see in talks to get Slay. I wouldnt of been upset if we came away with him tho...

I was surprised SEA got Dunbar from WAS for a 5th...(PFF's 2nd rated corner)

Maybe looking at a depth signing since we’ve lost Christian and Robey-Coleman. They may also have their eye on a WR in the draft since this particular draft is WR rich.
 
I think the Rams need a running back and a receiver.
 
Douglass is a slow CB who is best suited for safety. He has a nose for the ball, but gets beat deep a lot.

I would be very dissapointed in a move like that.

Given the Rams depth at CB, the concussion issues of Brandin Cooks, and the Reynolds familiarity with our system, making that trade would be Bill O'Brien level stupid.

Are we expecting Long to take over for Robey-Coleman?

Okay - I am at work and too busy to look this up but has any of Sneads 6th round picks in the last 3 years panned out other than maybe SJD who I really don't think that highly of as a nose tackle. There might be another but I can't think of one at the moment.

Tanzel Smart, 2017 draft, is still on the roster. I can’t say that he has made an impression, but he is still a Ram.
