We need help on the oline and Brandon Scherff would really help the run game and the interior oline.

We either trade Cooks - they desperately need receivers or give them maybe our 2 3rds.

Redskins are in a rebuild they still have a ton of cap space and need a wr and Scherff isn't coming to a deal currently the skins have tried.

We restructure a couple of contracts and we pay him. To me RG is more problematic than LG.

If they would take cooks fine. Schreff is on a one year 15 mil contract so the skins would need to take cooks off our hands.

I would give them Cooks, and our two thirds. I have Zero confidence we have the Talent at Oline to get it back to a championship level.

And guess what folks. Aaron Donald is getting older every year the Rams screw around and field a crap Oline.

No. Trading Cooks doesn't save us any money this year. That would mean we'd need to find $15 million in cap space. Is it doable? Sure. But there's absolutely no good reason to trade all of that for an OG on the franchise tag who has stayed on the field for only 19 of the past 32 games. We need our picks. Replacing highly paid talent with cost-controlled draft picks is necessary for us to have a future.

Injured player for injured player. The problem I see is that Rams need a proven starts on the line that will actually play. Scherf can't help from the bench.
