Rozier clearly bet on his games, along with Johtay Porter (there's so much proof that I've seen that it's impossible to deny), and Billups is already deep in the weeds, considering he was a coach and former player.

The rigged poker games were only a part of it, and La Cosa Nostra has their hands in all of it. I'm not even exaggerating when I say this, this is not a conspiracy theory; they did the same with baseball, boxing, and the earliest days of football.
