Well, the shitter fans are no longer delusional. They're accepting their fate. Most their stars are either injury prone or under performers. Purdy, McCaffrey and Kittle no longer walk on water. I'm not seeing comments on how they're gonna stampede through the NFC on their way to the Superbowl. Even with the easy schedule. Most think they'll either get knocked out of the playoffs early or not make it at all. My, how the mighty have fallen.

They've been lucky because when they have losing seasons, they lose spectacularly so they get a high draft pick. Rat's boy's overall record is a winning one, but he's only like 10 games above .500. Also, losing where you end up in last place, gives you an easy schedule.

It is good that they have meaningless wins that keep them out of top 3 pick contention. They aren't gonna do shit in the playoffs, even if they somehow make it.
