Better yet invite all contracted players to an 8 week conditioning camp run by AD. Let him pick the offensive and defensive MVP of the conditioning camp.

So the OP was just a spitball idea of engaging Donald. If I were Rams I would engage him before next offseason and let him decide what would interest him. Strength & Conditioning/Scouting/DL Coaching/etc. Dont tell him their intentions but hell it might even interest him join a Super Bowl run.
