Gotta say that I don't ever recall a time when a player improved with off the field antics and troubles.
I'm not certain what you mean by improved, but players can and do mature. Part of Puka's struggles are he seems to be fun loving, immature, and lacking sound judgment, which will make him easy prey for those looking for a quick score. The immaturity can change with time. And it's not the same as getting in trouble by breaking laws.

Trust me, I totally agree with that part that Puka needs to wisen up but unfortunately I think he's young and dumb while also falling into that category that he's one of those dudes that has to learn the hard way. I'm hoping this situation opens his eyes up and makes him more careful in the future. Hoes definitely do this because its an easy pay day that has happened for many skanks before this one. We'll see how this all ultimately plays out.
