With a TRO, the court tends to err on the side of the person making it so it's not a good look for her that they said no. Additionally, the play here is that there will be a hearing for the actual RO eventually and it will be public where she can make her accusations there. My guess is this is a play for a settlement prior to her making accusations of anti-semitism in public there.

I think this is as simple as, Puka is young and really struggling to handle his celebrity. I'm not going to defend his choices - his station demands that he be smarter with who he surrounds himself with, and I think he is probably more focused on doing things that are fun and then he's a bit clueless. At this point he's basically a mark for anyone who has a chance to be around him with how dumb he's been.

But that doesn't mean he's racist (I am pretty confident without knowing him that he's not) and I severely doubt he would harm a woman.

Him having a kid and then he and her splitting up just further highlights that immaturity to me. So....not defending him completely, because he needs to stop putting himself in these positions. But at the same time, the fact that the temp restraining order was denied says it all here IMO.

I'm a Big fan of his play on the field but I have to admit that the accumulation of some negative events / encounters of his are troubling.
It may have an effect on his extension. Even more of reason to lean into getting a WR at 13.

He is innocent until proven guilty. I have a gut feeling this accusation didn't come out of the stars, and Puka's agent even admitted to one of the bites.
