Yeah, its cool little artsy street.
When we moved here I had to go down there for work. It was all just storage and abandoned warehouses.
They done a nice job making it a quirky little art area with cool little shops and a breakfast/lunch place there now too.
It wasn't something I purchased but acquired from my pops estate as I was the sole executor and finally after almost 2-years (because of a certain sibling) everything has finally been released and I got everything.
My Dad wasn't a good guitar player (well he was pretty terrible), but he was a big Martin Acoustic fan and I remember when I was into metal back in the late 80's he always asked me if I wanted to take his guitars, but I was just give me Charvel or a Les Paul and I'm good and never thought about it. Eventually I became a cork sniffing Gibson fan boy over the years and I have amassed about 50 Gibson instruments of all types with the occasional Fender, Epiphone and Hofner instruments.

I gave them a polishing and a cleaning and put new strings on.... and they still smell like Pall Mall non filtered Cigarettes
